Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By participating in this giveaway, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Participants: The giveaway is open to legal residents of Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, and North Carolina who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
1.2. Exclusions: Employees of Chow Hound Pet Supplies, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
2.1. The promotion begins on December 1, 2024 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.
3. How to Enter
3.1. Entry Method: To enter, participants must:
Create or update their pet profile on the Chow Hound Pet Supplies website during the promotion period.
3.2. Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person during the entry period. Additional entries from the same person will be disqualified.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to participate
4. Prize
4.1. Prize Description: A winner will be selected to win:
The winner will receive a $500 Chow Hound Pet Supplies gift card.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, online use, adoptions, or other pharmacy items.
4.2. Prize Value: The approximate retail value of the Prizes is $500.00.
5. Winner Selection
5.1. Drawing: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
5.2. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the drawing.
5.3. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim the Prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions
6.1. Publicity: By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to allow Chow Hound Pet Supplies to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
6.2. Privacy: Personal information collected from participants will be used only for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway.
6.3. Release: By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Chow Hound Pet Supplies, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the giveaway.
7. Modification and Termination
7.1. Changes: Chow Hound Pet Supplies reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
