Usage

Credelio Quattro™ should be given orally as directed by your veterinarian. Wash your hands after handling this medication.
This medication should be administered year-round at monthly (every 30 day) intervals for continuous broad-spectrum parasite prevention in dogs, including heartworm disease, roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms, fleas, and ticks. For dogs over 100 lbs, administer the appropriate combination of tablets to ensure complete protection.
Remove only 1 tablet at a time from the foil-backed blister card and return the card to the box to protect from light. Tablets should remain sealed and only be taken out of the blister pack at the time of dosing.
Credelio Quattro™ must be given with food or within 30 minutes of a meal to ensure complete absorption and effectiveness. Ensure the entire tablet is consumed.
Missed Doses
Administer the dose as soon as possible and consult with your veterinarian. Do not administer two doses at once.
Side Effects
Credelio Quattro™ is generally well tolerated, and side effects are typically uncommon. Reported side effects with this medication include (but may not be limited to): diarrhea, vomiting, lethargy, decreased appetite, dermatitis, and hypersalivation.
Notify your veterinarian if the effects described above or any other side effects appear and become persistent or troublesome.
Other side effects may occur. If you notice anything unusual, contact your veterinarian.
Drug & Food Interactions
There are no documented drug or food interactions with Credelio Quattro™.
Contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences any unusual reactions when different medications are given together.
Please ensure your veterinarian is aware of all medications and supplements that your pet is currently receiving. Your veterinarian may prescribe multiple medications, even if a potential drug interaction may occur. In these instances, your veterinarian may adjust the dosage(s) or monitor your pet more closely.

The safe use of Credelio Quattro™ in breeding, pregnant, or lactating dogs has not been established.
Use with caution in dogs with a history of seizures or neurologic disorders.
Dogs should be tested for existing heartworm infections prior to the administration of Credelio Quattro.
Do not administer to animals with known history or suspected allergy/hypersensitivity to this medication or any of its ingredients. Allergic reactions to medications may occur. Be sure to inform Vetsource and your veterinarian if your pet has any known drug sensitivities or allergies.
If your pet displays symptoms of an allergic reaction, discontinue therapy and call your veterinarian immediately or seek emergency veterinary attention. Symptoms may include (but are not limited to): swollen lips, tongue, face, or airways, difficulty breathing, agitation, profuse salivation, and widespread hives or itching.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place at a controlled room temperature (59 to 77°F, excursions permitted between 41 and 104°F). Keep tablets sealed in the original blister pack and out of the reach of children and pets. Store away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not store this medication in the bathroom, near the kitchen sink, or in damp places. The medicine may break down if exposed to heat or moisture.
