Missed Doses
Give the dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose, and continue with the regular schedule. Do not give 2 doses at once.
Side Effects
Side effects may include stomach upset, diarrhea, loss of appetite. Though diarrhea is rare, contact your veterinarian if diarrhea occurs. Monitor your horse for hypersensitivity reactions: hives, itching, swollen lips, tongue. Contact your veterinarian immediately if any of these occur. If used long term, your veterinarian may monitor blood work periodically to ensure no changes occur to red or white blood cells.
